Bakels Whip 'n' Ice is a frozen, ready-to-use dairy whip (mock cream) product that can be used for cake fillings, cupcake icing, donuts and more! Simply defrost, and whip until stiff peaks form. Can be flavoured and coloured to your liking.
Best before 18 months from date of manufacture. Keep frozen between -18°C to -25°C. Once opened, store at 4°C and use within 7 days. Made in Vietnam.
