The icing texture is achieved through a unique milling process which whips into a beautiful meringue texture. It creates a bright white royal icing that can be easily coloured with gel food colouring.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add water gradually until you achieve a firm consistency
- Beat for 3 - 5 minutes until the mix is white and fluffy
- Use immediately or continue to add water until you achieve your desired consistency
- Remaining Royal Icing can be stored in a sealed container below 25 degrees for one week after it has been prepared
