The Confoil FC238 Mini Pie Dish is a round aluminium foil container designed for single-serve pies, tarts and other baked foods. With an 85ml capacity and compact 84mm top diameter, it is well suited to bakeries, cafés, food manufacturers and catering operations producing individual portions.
The aluminium construction allows food to be baked directly in the dish, helping streamline preparation, cooking and presentation. The FC238 is suitable for oven use as well as chilled and frozen contents, providing flexibility across food preparation, storage and service applications. Confoil also lists the tray as microwaveable.
Each dish measures 84mm across the outer top, 74mm across the inner top, 65mm at the base and 22mm high. The FC238 is supplied in cartons of 4,500, making it suitable for high-volume commercial baking and food production.
