This Bakels Ovalett Cake Stabiliser is a stabiliser and emulsifier which is used to make your sponge cakes softer and smoother! Ovalett gives tolerance to the batter, therefore any unwanted variations in egg and flour properties are reduced, enhancing the eating and keeping qualities of sponge and cake.
