Use this Whisk N Go Vegetable Shortening 500gm by Whip-It-Up for dairy free Buttercream.
Halal, Kosher, Cholesterol Free, Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Nut Free.
Intructions:
Sift 500g pure icing sugar into 500gms Whisk n Go, beat together until smooth. Add 4 Tablespoons Boiling water (approx). If using flavour, you can omit the boiling water. Add colour as required (once mixed product is pure white) then beat until smooth for approx 3-4 minute
Flavouring:
Mix ingredients as per instructions then add approx 250g melted chocolate to flavour and colour the whisk n go to create a chocolate buttercream. If using melted chocolate, there is no need to add flavour.
