These silicone mats can withstand oven temperatures up to 250° and can help reduce cookie spread.  Just simply wash your mat in warm mild soapy water, rinse well and dry thoroughly.  No need to wash in-between cookie batches, just wash at the end of your cooking day.

 Storing mats can be problematic but not with the unique Baker’s Butt reusable zip pouch.  The translucent pouch enables your Bakers’ Butt to be kept neatly and safe from damage.
