Black cocoa powder provides such intense dark black color and strong flavour. A must for making black baking goods and icings that is bold in color and luxurious in taste.

How to make Black Buttercream?
Add 60 - 70g of Baker's Concept Black Cocao Powder to 500g of buttercream. Stir till well combined. Add a few drops of black gel food coloring and stir to mix well. Let the buttercream settle in a dark and cool environment for 1-2 days.

Once rested, watch how luscious and velvety the black buttercream has developed. Beautiful to behold yet extremely addictive to taste.
