This Premium Bakels Red Velvet Mud Cake Mix is ruby-coloured with a rich chocolatey flavour, with raspberry undertones. Ideal for cupcakes or whole cakes. Requires the addition of eggs, water and oil. Finish with traditional cream cheese frosting or the Bakels White Truffle. 1kg will make one 8" cake.
Best before 6 months from date of manufacture. Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight. Made in Australia from local and imported ingredients.
