Do you want to learn how to make this cute balloon cake? Join Sarah for this cute masterclass!

She will teach you the best way to make clear balloons from gelatine and attach them to a cake as well.

Learning Outcomes:
You will learn how to make clear and edible balloons
Learn how to make a cute teddy bear figurine by hand
Learn how to work on a dummy (Polystyrene cake) and why.
Learn what I have found to be the best technique to cover a tall cake, nicely.

This 6 hours workshop is suitable for all levels, even beginners.
Thought we won't come back on all the basics that I teach in my foundation cake class such as chocolate ganache, filling...but I will share some recipes and answer your questions :)

As Sarah teach all the basics in her foundation cake class such as how to make and use chocolate ganache, fillings etc, she won't be spending time explaining all the basics however she will share some recipes and answer your questions :)

What to bring:
As ALL materials & tools will be provided for you to use in the cake studio, the only things you will need to bring are:
•An apron if you prefer to wear one
•A snack if you like
•Please wear closed-in shoes for the duration of this workshop

What is included:
• A 6" dummy cake you have decorated yourself on a presentation board, in a travel-safe box.
• Comprehensive notes and recipes relevant to this workshop to help you recreate your cake at home with confidence
• Ongoing support for your cake decorating adventures through our exclusive Facebook group.

For technical reasons, this class will be in 2 sessions.
Held on 2 afternoons, you must attend both days!
Saturday 11th & Sunday 12th December from 2pm to 5pm

During this class you will be working on a dummy which means that you will be able to keep your masterpiece forever!
You also have the option to purchase a ticket that includes a premade cake, covered with ganache, ready to be decorated for an additional $100, or bring your own cake (must be 6" diameter, between 13 and 18cm high, nicely covered with chocolate ganache set and hard).
